I prefer 25 and over. I am looking for the right roommate.
Rent is $400 plus utilities(avg during spring summer is $25-40
each/winter highest was $100 each). The apartment is off Branch
ave in Providence, RI (off street parking). I am a 35 year
old female who works full-time and attends RIC part-time. I
am looking preferably for a female, working, gay friendly a
must(gay male ok). I am generally laid back and looking for
someone who is respectful of others space and belongings. The
apartment is fully furnished with exception of the bedroom
available. There are 3 floors to the apartment and I live on
the second. There are three bedrooms (using the middle room
for storage). I have a 9 month old puppy (12 lbs) who is house
trained. She is kept in a crate when I am not home. She is
a very sweet puppy(hypoallergenic/non shedding) who has been
with me for 5 months. Must like dogs. I spend more time going
to friends homes as opposed to them coming to mine. I am fine
with you having friends over (no loud parties). I get up for
work at 530 am 3-4 days a week and work nights every other
weekend. Smoking is alright as long as it is limited to your
bedroom or the porch (I am presently trying to quit). email

please include info which many forget to do(age/sex/working/pets
etc). 1st and last required (last can be made in 2 installments
if needed). Pretty quiet neighborhood as well!
