Home is fully furnished and has 3 bedroom, 2 kitchens, 2.5 baths, formal living room, formal dining room, vaulted great room, family room, and more, and features numerous other ammenities including several fireplaces, a Jacuzzi, 10 person steam room, pool table, and much more all of which are available for you to use. You can be as private or as social as you want. The entire house is fully furnished and the rent includes all utilities except phone and any pay per view movies that you order. There are 17 acres for your to enjoy and there is a pond in the front of the house with ducks, geese, and many other forms of wildlife.To tell you a bit about us, we are a gay couple and we have been together 17 years, so we are very stable. I am 49 years old and my partner is 42, we both look and act much younger, so we are not "old trolls" so to speak. Nonetheless, we are also not "party animals" and tend to be very quiet people and respectful of others. We have always had room mates and those whom have decided to move in have stayed on average more than 2 years each, a testament to the fact that we offer a nice environment, and are selective in the room mates to whom we rent.There are a couple things you should be aware of.
