We are two professional gay males seeking a 3rd to share a
4,000sf contemporary country home located just outside of Manchester.
Home is fully furnished and has 3 bedroom, 2 kitchens, 2.5
baths, formal living room, formal dining room, vaulted great
room, family room, and more, and features numerous other ammenities
including several fireplaces, a Jacuzzi, 10 person steam room,
pool table, and much more all of which are available for you
to use. You can be as private or as social as you want. The
entire house is fully furnished and the rent includes all utilities
except phone and any pay per view movies that you order. There
are 17 acres for your to enjoy and there is a pond in the front
of the house with ducks, geese, and many other forms of wildlife.To
tell you a bit about us, we are a gay couple and we have been
together 17 years, so we are very stable. I am 49 years old
and my partner is 42, we both look and act much younger, so
we are not "old trolls"
so to speak. Nonetheless, we are also not "party animals" and
tend to be very quiet people and respectful of others. We have
always had room mates and those whom have decided to move in
have stayed on average more than 2 years each, a testament
to the fact that we offer a nice environment, and are selective
in the room mates to whom we rent.There are a couple things
you should be aware of. One is the fact that we have several
cats and dogs, so obviously if you are allergic to animals,
then this may not be the living arrangement for you. Second,
we enjoy hangung out and sunbathing in the yard au naturel,
so if you are uncomfortable with nudity, then again this may

and creek, organic garden, apple trees, raspberries, storage in
dry basement and in garage, small vacant barn for pet goats, sheep
or pigs, mellow dogs welcome, You'd be sharing the house w/me
- 45 year old female, vegetarian, professional - and two large
german shepherds that are mellow and well-behaved and an ancient
cat that is still very clean but is defenseless - so terriers
are banned. Take one room for $550 or take both and have your
own private bathroom for $750. All utiilies included including
fast wireless cable internet. It's really beautiful here. It's
a half an hour drive to Manchester and Concord. The town has a
lake and trails. It's a quiet town. There's a major supermarket
15 minutes from house. The backyard has a firepit. No lease required
